Albury Wodonga Health (AWH)

E2E is working with Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) Human Resources Directorate to implement a new functional Human Resources initiative to bring HR processes into a customer service driven environment. This work includes bringing department business managers on the journey through business readiness and change management techniques. We facilitated the development of the HR team’s Change Roadmap.  This includes short and long-term plans, strategies and deliverables to achieve success across the organisation.
