Single Customer View Program
IAG had acquired multiple Insurance companies and it was becoming increasingly difficult for their customer facing team to provide holistic customer service. they needed a system that would provide a single view of all the customer’s holding no matter which subsidiary they were originally with.
We worked closely with the business and IT to develop a solution which could meet this need. The key challenge being the diverse range of IT platforms IAG was using to manage their insurance products. Strong stakeholder management was also required due to the large number of requirements from a multitude of business areas.
