Swedish Government Bushmaster Tender
E2E managed the Bid Process to deliver a number of military vehicles by Thales to the Swedish Armed Forces. This included the analysis and planning for manufacturing the vehicles without impacting ongoing manufacturing and delivery requirements for the organisation.
The work included revalidating the Bid Management Process for the organisation and improving the processes and outputs for future bids.
CMMI Business Process Improvement Program
E2E managed the Business Process Improvement project to bring Electronic Systems unit of Thales Australia to Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3. Responsible for managing General Managers and their direct reports in the Process Improvement Program.
The project required the managing of 15 Process Actions Teams (PAT) documenting process improvements in 15 process areas linked to key business objectives.
